How To Support the USNMC
Like any organization, money is needed to keep the United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club in operation. The USNMC National Specialty is held once a year - usually in April or May. This event is an AKC dog show in various parts of the United States which showcases our beautiful breed, the Neapolitan Mastiff. Moneys to operate this show are expended each year and the USNMC has to constantly replenish these moneys to keep this event going. What can YOU do to help? First you can attend the Annual National Specialty as well as the Raffle, Auction and Awards Dinner to celebrate our Neapolitan Mastiff. If you do not already know it - come learn! If you do know it - come share!
Some of the ways you can help to support the USNMC are:
- Donate to the Raffle and Auction
- Offer (purchase) a trophy for the National Specialty (announcements for this are made during the year in the Neogram, www.neapolitan.org and via USNMC mailings
- Purchase Neapolitan Mastiff-related items from the Neapolitan Mastiff Store (coming soon) and the Ways and Means Table at the National Specialty
Look for USNMC fundraising announcements in the Neogram, www.neapolitan.org and via USNMC mailings which will occur several months prior to the National Specialty asking you to join the 'VIP Club'. The VIP Club consists of several price levels that you can purchase starting at $25 and up. Each level includes Neapolitan Mastiff-related goodies (tee-shirts, cups, chairs, ads in the Neogram, etc) that you will receive when you purchase a VIP Level of Sponsorship. The higher-priced Level of Sponsorship that you purchase will enable you to receive more goodies! So really it is a win-win situation for you and the USNMC - you receive great items and the USNMC makes money to pay for National Specialty-related expenses!
